Mike Brown is currently working for the Sacramento Kings as a head coach. He was appointed as head coach on May 9 2022. His tenure with the team began after the Warriors finished their 2021–22 season where they won an NBA championship.

Michael Brown previously led the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Los Angeles Lakers as their head coach. He is also the Nigerian national team’s head coach.
Brown took over as the head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2005. The club made it to the NBA Finals in 2007 but was swept by the San Antonio Spurs.

Brown was named NBA Coach of the Year in 2009 after leading the Cavaliers to a franchise-record and league-best 66 wins.
In 2010, the Cavaliers won 61 games, tying for the most in the league. Brown was fired after the Cavaliers lost in the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Boston Celtics in 2010.
Brown then joined the Golden State Warriors as assistant head coach in 2016; the team went on to defeat the Cavaliers in the 2017 and 2018 NBA Finals, and the Boston Celtics in the 2022 NBA Finals.
