Where is Kaylyn Kyle from?

Kaylyn Kyle, a former Canadian soccer player, was a midfielder for the Orlando Pride in the National Women’s Soccer League. She was born on October 6, 1988. She also competed for Canada’s women’s national soccer team, taking home a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics, and she is an advocate for Right To Play. Presently, she hosts MLS 360 as a soccer broadcaster for MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

The year 2006 saw Kyle enroll at the University of Saskatchewan. She participated in 14 games in Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) soccer in 2006 while attending the university, making three goals and three assists in that time. She was invited to play for the Canadian women’s national soccer team and received an offer to sign a contract to play professionally in Sweden after just one season with the club.

Although Kaylyn Kyle was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, she now calls Miami, Florida, home.

She received death threats in 2019 after saying on-air that US players shouldn’t have celebrated the final few goals of their 13-0 thrashing of Thailand, a FIFA Women’s World Cup underdog.
