Pierre Paul is recovering from shoulder surgery to address an injury that kept him out of the Buccaneers’ final three regular-season games in 2021. The 33-year-old is coming off the least productive season of his four-year tenure in Tampa Bay, totalling 31 tackles and sacks over 12 games.

Pierre Paul is an American football outside linebacker who is a free agent. He played college football at South Florida and was drafted by the New York Giants in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

With the Giants, Pierre Paul made two Pro Bowls and won Super Bowl XLVI over the New England Patriots. With Buccaneers, he has made one Pro Bowl and won Super Bowl LV over the Kansas City Chiefs.
In the NFC Championship against the Green Bay Packer, Pierre Paul recorded two sacks on Aaron Rodgers during the 31-26 win.
