Who Is Paul Le Mat?

Paul Le Mat is an actor famous for playing John Milner in the 1973 film “American Graffiti,” and the sequel, “More American GraffitI.”

Paul Le Mat’s outstanding performance in the movie earned him the prestigious Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actor.

Following his breakout role in “American Graffiti,” Paul Le Mat seized the opportunity and secured the lead role in “Aloha, Bobby and Rose” in 1975.

Paul Le Mat’s career continued to flourish, and he found himself collaborating with renowned director Jonathan Demme.

His work in Demme’s films, “Handle with Care” (1977) and “Melvin and Howard” (1980), showcased his ability to bring depth and authenticity to his characters.
