Initially, he donned the jersey of the Stanford Cardinal, his former college team, during the 2022-2023 season’s first half. Impressively, he maintained an average of 10.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per game while there.
However, in January 2023, he made a shift, joining the University of North Carolina for the remainder of the season.
So, when asked about his team affiliation “last year,” it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Depending on the interpretation, Ingram’s presence could be credited to Stanford, North Carolina, or perhaps even both institutions.

How much eligibility does Harrison Ingram have?
Harrison Ingram, a promising basketball talent, still has two years left to dazzle fans in NCAA basketball.
He’s still making waves at North Carolina after two stellar seasons at Stanford. Despite a brief flirtation with the NBA Draft in 2022, he opted to retain his college eligibility.
This decision grants him the opportunity to showcase his skills for two more seasons with UNC. With his redshirt freshman year behind him, Harrison has until 2026 to leave his mark on the college basketball scene.
