Emily was on the TV reality show, Big Break Mexico, and she claims the show gave her the needed experience to perform under pressure.

She launched her rookie season on the Symetra Tour immediately after she came of the show.

“The nerves I felt on Big Break is nothing like I have ever experienced before,” said Emily.

“Going from Big Break straight out to the Symetra Tour was such a surreal experience. I kept looking around and thinking to myself, ‘Where are all of the cameras?’”, she added.

Big Break is a reality television show aired by the Golf Channel.

The aim of the show is to grant one aspiring pro golfer exemptions into selected events.

Who Is Emma Talley?

Emma Talley is a professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour.

Born on March 23, 1994, in Paducah, Kentucky, Emma grew up amongst her sister, Leigh, and two brothers, Joe and Jackson.

She attended Caldwell County High School, where she played golf and won the state girls golf championship three times.

Emma proceeded to the University of Alabama, where she continued her golf career and won the 2013 U.S. Women’s Amateur.

In 2015, she clinched the NCAA Division I Women’s Championship title at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida.

She is also a one-time winner of the Honda Sports Award for golf.

In 2016, Emma ranked second in the Team All-America honors from Golfweek.

She began her rookie year in 2018 on the LPGA Tour, finishing amongst the top 10

So far, Emma has only 1 professional win, which she earned at the 2017 Ireland Resort Championship.
