Peter Robinson was a British-born Canadian crime writer and novelist who was active in the authoring world from the late 1980s till his death in 2022. Peter Robinson came into the limelight as a result of his crime drama series titled “Inspector Alan Banks.”

Peter Robinson is an alumnus of the University of Leeds, the University of Windsor, and York University. Peter Robinson won the Arthur Ellis Award for Best Crime Novel and the Martin Beck Award in 2012.
