Marcus Alan Williams was born on September 8, 1996, in Corona, California, the United States to parents: Sylvester Williams and Franschell Williams.
Marcus Williams went to Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale, California where played football, basketball and ran track. He was a wide receiver and defensive back for the Mustangs football team. He later committed to play college football at the University of Utah.
