Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the original Persona 3 game, which was released in 2006. It is a role-playing game that combines social simulation and dungeon exploration.

The game follows a group of high school students who can summon Personas, manifestations of their inner selves, to fight against Shadows that appear during the Dark Hour, a hidden time between one day and the next. Persona 3 Reload features updated graphics, quality-of-life improvements, new scenes and voiceovers, and a revamped user interface.
The game is set to be released on February 2, 2024, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. One of the features of Persona 3 Reload is the ability to carry over some data from a previous playthrough to a new game.

This includes the protagonist’s level, Persona compendium, social stats, equipment, money, and some items. However, some things will not carry over, such as story progress, social links, party members’ levels and Personas, and certain key items.

For example, players can fuse some powerful Personas that require maxed social links or special items. They can also challenge some optional bosses that are hidden in the game’s dungeons.
