What was Joe Mixon’s punishment?

Joe Mixon was suspended for one season in the first season during his playing days for the Oklahoma Sooners football team of the University of Oklahoma after he was found guilty of a misdemeanour assault charge as he punched a University of Oklahoma student called Amelia Molitor.

Joe Mixon was punished by being given a one-season playing suspension from college football. In addition to the suspension, Joe Mixon was made to serve community service for 100 hours and also underwent mandatory counselling.
