What was Carmen Geiss’ job?

Carmen Geiss is a German fitness trainer, singer, television actress and former model as well as the wife of Robert Geiss. Carmen Geiss is a Cologne native. In 1982, she was crowned Miss Fitness.

She married Robert Geiss, an entrepreneur with whom she had previously worked as a saleswoman and with whom she has two children, Davina Shakira and Shania Tyra Maria, in 1994.

Carmen has been starring in the TV show Die Geissens – A dreadfully fashionable family, in which her family’s life is shown, alongside Robert Geiss, since January 2011. She sang the title track Jet Set for the series.

She wrote her autobiography, Von nix kommt nix, in May 2013, alongside her husband and ghostwriter Andreas Hock, and it became a bestseller in the Spiegel. Harald Reitinger developed and produced their second solo song, My City Miami, which was released a month later. Geiss played the song in the ZDF-Fernsehgarten in June 2013.

Geiss was a third-place winner in the seventh season of the RTL show Let’s Dance. She and her spouse have also been involved in a Verivox marketing campaign since 2014. Carmen Geiss launched her fitness and nutrition programme in December 2014, which she has been actively promoting since.
