Veronika Eduardovna Kudermetova is a professional tennis player from Russia. She attained a career-high singles ranking of world No. 22 and a top WTA doubles ranking of No. 4 on April 4, 2022. She has also reached a Grand Slam final in women’s doubles, partnering with Elena Vesnina at the 2021 Wimbledon Championships.

Her maiden Grand Slam appearance occurred at the Australian Open in 2017, where she was eliminated in the first round of qualifying. In an attempt to make the WTA Tour, she competed in qualifying at many events but did not make the main draw in any of them.

Her first wins in a Grand Slam main draw came at the French Open, where she defeated 13th seed Caroline Wozniacki in the first round and Zarina Diyas in the second.

Despite taking the opening set, Kudermetova was eliminated in the third round by experienced Kaia Kanepi. She reached the second round of Wimbledon in July 2019 but was defeated by Wozniacki.
