American actor, Tye Sheridan has starred in several movies and tv shows over the years. Some of them include The Tree of Life, Mud, Joe, The Forger, Dark Places, Detour, All Summers End, Crow: The Legend, Age Out, The Mountain The Night Clerk, The Card Counter, Ready Player One, and more.

Born on November 11, 1996, Tye Sheridan started his career when he appeared in the art film The Tree of Life by Terrence Malick in 2011, along with Brad Pitt, Jessica Chastain, and Sean Penn. The movie received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Picture.

Sheridan also starred in three films that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2015. The films are Entertainment, The Stanford Prison Experiment, and Last Days in the Desert. He also starred in Dark Place and Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse that same year.
Before that he played the leading role of Ellis in Jeff Nichols’ Mud in 2012 and received a Critics’ Choice Award nomination for his performance. He went on to play Gary Jones in the film Joe. He received the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Upcoming Young Actor at the 70th Venice International Film Festival.
