American rapper and actor, Pras Michel has starred in several movies over the years. Some of these movies include Turn It Up, Sweet Micky for President, Skid Row, Da Hip Hop Witch, Feel the Noise, Mystery Men, Go for Broke, Mutant Chronicles, Go Go Tales, The Black Moses, and more.

He began his entertainment career in 1988 when he introduced Lauren Hill to Wyclef Jean. The three of them formed the music group, The Fugees in 1994, and released their first album dubbed Blunted on Reality. The album was under the supervision of Ronald Khalis Bell.

The group achieved its first milestone in 1996 after releasing The Score which went multi-platinum. Pras also had a very successful solo career in 1999 when he released his first full-length playlist titled Ghetto Superstar (That Is What You Are). 

His song Ghetto Superstar debuted in the top ten singles in the 1999 charts. It spent eight weeks in the UK Top 5, peaked at No. 2 in July ’98, and US No. 15 in August ’98.

In 2007, he was featured on the song Turn You On by DeDe from Sweden. It was also produced by Pras and topped the Sweden Charts for nine straight weeks.

He made his acting debut as a cameo in the 1999 film Mystery Men. He starred, in Turn, It Up (2000), Go for Broke (2002), The Mutant Chronicles (2007), Skid Row, Los Angeles (2006), Sweet Micky For President (2015), The Bay (2017), and more.
