Torrey Pines Golf Course’s South Course was redesigned in 2001 by Rees Jones in preparation for the 2008 U.S. Open. It is now 7,698 yards with a par of 72.
The North and South courses are both 18-hole layouts that were designed by William F. Bell, and the South course is home to the annual Farmers Insurance Open, a PGA Tour event.
