The Survival Rate of Glioblastoma is five years. The five-year survival rate for glioblastoma patients is only 6.8 % with an estimated average length of survival of only 8 months.

For decades, GBM survival rates and mortality statistics have remained virtually unchanged. The FDA has only approved five drugs and one device for the treatment of glioblastoma.

None of these treatments has significantly extended patients’ lives beyond a few months.
