He was also the GMA Network’s Consultant for Radio Operations, the President of the network’s regional and radio division, RGMA Network Inc., and the Station Manager of Super Radyo DZBB 594 AM.
In 1969, he began his broadcasting career as a staff announcer for the Manila Broadcasting Company. It all started when he went to see a friend at that company and unexpectedly discovered his passion for radio.
Enriquez was noted in broadcasting for his characteristic statements such as “Hindi namin kayo tatantanan” (We will not stop chasing after you) at the end of his reports on anomalies and other crimes, as well as his habit of apologizing himself whenever he coughed or sneezed air.
