Sean O’Malley is a professional MMA fighter from the United States. Sean trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and he has a Brown Belt.
He currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Bantamweight division (UFC). He is currently ranked 13th in the UFC bantamweight rankings as of March 21, 2022.
On December 1, 2017, O’Malley made his promotional debut against Terrion Ware at The Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale. O’Malley was victorious by unanimous decision.

On March 3, 2018, at UFC 222, O’Malley faced Andre Soukhamthath. Despite injuring his foot in the third round, he won the fight by unanimous decision. Both fighters received a Fight of the Night bonus for this fight.
O’Malley was set to face Louis Smolka at UFC 264 on July 10, 2021. Smolka, however, withdrew from the fight in late June due to injury, and was replaced by promotional newcomer Kris Moutinho.

He won the fight by TKO in round three after outstriking Moutinho with hard shots throughout. This fight earned him the title of Fight of the Night.
