“Starting in 2024, films will be required to meet new inclusion standards to be eligible for the Academy Awards for best picture. They’ll have to have a certain percentage of actors or crew from underrepresented racial or ethnic groups. What do you think of these new inclusion standards for films? They make me vomit,” he said.

Dreyfuss won the Academy Award for Best Actor in 1977 for his role as Elliot Garfield in the movie The Goodbye Girl. However, he has been keeping the plaque in his refrigerator for quite a long time.
“Some people keep their prized positions in safes, but safes are the first place the robbers will look. I don’t like to brag, but I like everyone to know about it. Sooner or later, I know they are all going to go to the refrigerator,” he added.
