What is Luke Nguyen doing now?

Vietnamese chef, Luke Nguyen has been trending lately after it was reported that MasterChef Australia contestants will survive his Beef Pho Pressure Test.

“This week, a whole host of new challenges are entering the kitchen to push the contestants to their limits. First up is a pressure test from Chef Luke Nguyen who will challenge the cooks to recreate his iconic Beef Pho. The twist? They’ll have to do it with no recipe. How will the contestants fare?” reports said.

“Because I’ve always known I wanted to open up a restaurant and I grew up in a restaurant, I know how hard it is in terms of how much work: you don’t have weekends, you work through holidays and Christmas, as as soon as I finished high school I went traveling for one year, just myself and my backpack. I went to 14 different countries on my own,” Luke Nguyen once said in an interview when asked about what made him become a chef.
