Hoda Kotb is an Egyptian-American broadcast journalist, television personality, and author best known as the main co-anchor of the NBC News morning show Today and co-host of its entertainment-focused fourth hour.

Hoda Kotb worked as a weekend anchor and reporter at CBS affiliate WINK in Fort Myers, Florida from 1989 to 1991. From 1992 to 1998, Hoda Kotb was an anchor and reporter for CBS affiliate WWL in New Orleans, Louisiana.
