What is happening to Eastbay? Is Eastbay still in business?

Earlier this year, Foot Locker sold a part of Eastbay’s sales team to a different company. Eastbay is scheduled to shut down permanently in early 2023, resulting in 210 layoffs in Wausau.

Eastbay sells a wide variety of shoes from various brands, including Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and New Balance, among others. The company also sells its own brand of shoes, as well as other sports-related products.

Since 1997, it has been the direct-to-mail division of the F. W. Woolworth Company, now known as Foot Locker, Inc.

Eastbay is known for its high-quality products and excellent customer service. It is a trusted and respected brand in the sports industry.

Eastbay established its own clothing brand in 1990, offering jackets, pants, shorts, underwear, socks and tops in various sports teams’ colours and styles, with the Eastbay logo.

In addition to its retail business, Eastbay also has a team sales division that serves the needs of high school, college, and professional sports teams.
