As a senior, he broke the NCAA FCS career record for passing completions (1,310) and attempts (1,896).

He gained attention for his unique nickname and unexpected rise from an undrafted rookie to starting quarterback in the 2019 season.

Devlin Hodges entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2019 and signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He made his debut that same year and became the starting quarterback for several games during the season.

Despite facing challenges, his performance earned him recognition.

However, he didn’t have a long-term starting role, and his time in the NFL was relatively brief.
