In 1988, Cybill Shepherd was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, receiving a star on Hollywood Boulevard in the “television” category, in recognition of her work on the wry ABC detective series, “Moonlighting.”

Cybill Shepherd appeared alongside Jennifer Love Hewitt in the 2010 television film, The Client List as Cassie and was subsequently cast as Linette Montgomery in the 2012-13 series based on the film.
In 1997, Cybill Shepherd won her third Golden Globe award for Cybill (1995–1998), a television sitcom in which the title character, Cybill Sheridan was loosely modeled on herself.
