Some may be unaware they have the condition, instead believing they have a “bad memory for faces”.

But prosopagnosia is entirely unrelated to intelligence or broader memory ability.

How do I know if I have prosopagnosia? As mentioned earlier, prosopagnosia in itself is the inability to properly remember faces so the basic way you can know you have prosopagnosia is when you are unable to recognize persons by their faces.
