What happened with Kate Moss and Johnny Depp and Stairs?

On May 5, while discussing an alleged altercation between Depp and Heard’s sister, Whitney, Amber Heard brought up Johnny Depp’s ex Kate Moss in court.

Heard testified against her ex-husband on day 11 of the trial, claiming Depp ‘pushed’ supermodel Kate ‘down the stairs when they were dating.

She was referring to an incident in March 2015 in Los Angeles, in which she claims Depp attempted to push her sister, Whitney Henriquez, down the stairs.

Heard claims she remembered the incident with Moss and that it prompted her to act in self-defence to protect herself and her sister, claiming she ‘hit Depp back for the first time at that point.

Heard has stated that she has never been violent towards Depp, but that she acted in self-defence during this incident.

Kate and Johnny dated from 1994 to 1998, and the model has never responded to Amber’s allegations publicly.

Amber was accused by Johnny’s lawyers of lying about Kate’s “rumour” and including it in her testimony at the last minute out of spite during that trial.

Amber had never mentioned the claim before, according to Johnny’s lawyer, including in her deposition and witness statements before the trial.
