Patrick O’Neal Baldwin Sr. is a college basketball coach from the United States. He played for the Northwestern Wildcats in college and professionally in Bosnia and Croatia.

From 1990 through 1994, he was a standout basketball player for Northwestern. He still holds the school record for career steals with 272, assists with 452, and points with 1,189.
During the 2001-02 season, Baldwin began his coaching career as an assistant at Lincoln (Missouri).

From 2002 to 2004, he worked for Tod Kowalczyk in Green Bay. Baldwin worked as an assistant coach at Loyola (Illinois) from 2004 until 2011, then at Missouri State for two years.
From 2013 until 2017, Baldwin worked as an assistant coach at Northwestern.
On June 20, 2017, Baldwin was hired as head coach of the Milwaukee Panthers, and he signed a five-year contract.
