Strahan, Sara, and Keke, the third hour of ABC’s Good Morning America, has been cancelled. But, you might wonder, why?

During an appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, co-host Keke Palmer spoke candidly about the news, confirming the cancellation. Following some well-received appearances on the previous Strahan and Sara, Palmer joined fellow co-hosts, Michael Strahan and Sara Haines.
Palmer admitted during her time on WWHL that the cancellation was “expected” given the current pandemic constraints. “I knew if our show came back, it would have to be much, much, much later,” Palmer said of Strahan, Sara, and Keke’s ability to work onscreen.

She went on to say, “That’s what we do.” “We cover a little bit of news, but it’s all about entertainment.” It’s lighthearted banter and fun conversations, and we’re in a different era now. Some of the conversations have shifted, and Strahan, Sara, and Keke have been pushed out. As a result, I expected it.”
The show’s final episode aired in March, and it was replaced by Pandemic: What You Need to Know, which has provided a daily update on coronavirus developments. No word on who will fill the spot in the future, but Palmer has made it clear that the Strahan, Sara, and Keke era is over.
