British businessman and tourist, Hamish Harding has been declared missing by numerous sources. According to reports, he is among those on board a submarine that has gone missing near the wreckage of Titanic.

He was part of the five people who were aboard OceanGate Expeditions vessel which was set to be overdue on Sunday, June 18, 2023, about 435 miles south of St, John’s Newfoundland.

The submersible went missing after an hour and 45 minutes dive and is believed to have sufficient air reserves to last 70 to 96 hours.

He was the mission director and crew pilot for the flight mission One More Orbit on 9-11 July 2019. The mission set a world speed record for the fastest circumnavigation of Earth by aircraft over both geographic poles.
On June 4, 2022, Harding flew to space onboard New Shepard, as part of the Blue Origin NS-21 mission. He was one of six astronauts to go to space on Blue Origin’s 5th human spaceflight aboard the New Shepard rocket.
