What happened to Donald Trump’s first wife Ivana Trump?

Ivana Trump, a businesswoman, media personality, author, and ex-wife of former US President Donald Trump passed away on Thursday, July 14 2022.

Just after 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Manhattan paramedics responding to a call for cardiac arrest discovered a 73-year-old woman inside Ivana Trump’s Upper East Side apartment. The New York Police Department reported that she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ivana’s death was announced by ex-husband Donald Trump in a statement on the Truth Social app.

The former president remembered Ivana as a “wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life.”

“Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric,” he wrote. “She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her.”

The Trump family released a statement saying “ Our mother was an incredible woman a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and a caring mother and friend. Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children grit and toughness, compassion, and determination.”
