What Happened To Dave From The Chris Moyles Show?

Dave Myers from the Chris Moyles show was diagnosed with cancer and is still undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

“I’m doing alright, just starting to get out and about a bit. It’s been a rough old year, but there are many people going through the same thing I’m not unique.

“I’m in the middle of it, but I seem to be getting better – me whiskers are back, my hair’s coming back and my energy’s coming back, so all on the right path. And at the minute I can eat what I want, so that’s great!”, he had told Chris during an interview.

Who Is Chris Moyles?

Chris Moyles is a British broadcaster, author, DJ and presenter of The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X.

Born on February 22, 1974, Moyles has experience in radio and TV, working in different stations and hosting several shows, beginning with the Chris Moyles Show on BBC Radio 1 from 2004 to 2012.

Famous for his maverick bad-boy broadcasting style,  Moyles has made waves so far with shows like Chris Moyles’ Quiz Night, a Saturday morning show, the drive time show, and the breakfast show.

Moyles has worked at various radio stations, including Radio Luxembourg, BBC Radio 1, where he remains the longest serving breakfast presenter.

Consequently, Moyles has appeared on a number of TV shows including Hotel Babylon, a celebrity version of Supermarket Sweep, Top Gear, The Charlotte Church Show, The F-Word, The Friday Night Project, The One Show, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, Richard & Judy and The Paul O’Grady Show.

Moyles, amongst other stars, has been announced to be amongst the contestants for the 2022 edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

In addition to his rich profile, Moyles is a multiple award winner of the Sony Radio Awards.
