On March 23, Apple Watts was involved in a horrific car accident with a diesel truck while driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Her car flipped several times, according to The Shade Room.

Watts was ejected from the vehicle, and as a result of the collision, she suffered a broken spine, shattered arm, and fractured skull.
According to an Instagram update by her sister Dominique Flournoy, Hollywood star Apple Watts is still unresponsive but stable after being hospitalised following a car crash in late March 2022.
Flournoy took to social media on Tuesday, April 12 to announce that the reality star, who appeared on the VH1 show in seasons five and six, will have surgery on her right eye on Friday, April 15 because it is not closing completely.

Following the news of her accident, her LAHH castmates, including Hazel E and her onscreen BFF, Lyrica, took to social media to express their condolences.
