Adam Hicks reportedly attacked his girlfriend Danni Tamburro in 2017. In September 2017, Danni Tamburo told police that Hicks grabbed her arms, pulled her hair, pinned her against a car, and pushed her to the ground before continuously attacking her.

Adam Hicks was found guilty of robbery and was sentenced to serve five years in state prison in July 2021.

However, Adam Hicks was released in March 2022 on parole after the judge credited the 1,460 days he served while awaiting sentencing.
