Joanna Jędrzejczyk is a former professional MMA fighter and Muay Thai kickboxer from Poland. Daniel Cormier, who credited her with placing the weight class “on the map,” dubbed her the greatest female strawweight MMA fighter of all time.

Jędrzejczyk found Muay Thai while working out at the age of 16, which led to her competing in national and European events.
Jędrzejczyk made her professional MMA debut on May 19, 2012, at SFT – MMA Fight Night Diva SPA, defeating Sylwia Juskiewicz by unanimous decision.
Phil Daru and Jose Rojas are her strength and conditioning coaches. After training in the gi, Jędrzejczyk was promoted to blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 2021.
