Yvette is married to NBA legend Michael Jordan. Prieto and Jordan met in a Miami nightclub in 2008, according to Marie Claire.

They moved into a Miami home together in 2009. Jordan proposed to Prieto while on vacation in Monaco in 2011.

On April 27, 2013, the couple married at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Palm Beach, Florida.  The couple had twin children Victoria and Ysabel Jordan on February 9, 2014.
