What does Maggie Smith say about Harry Potter?
Dame Maggie Smith claimed that since she wasn’t acting in the movie series, the position she performed in the J. K. Rowling fantasy novel adaption was extremely “unsatisfying” in an interview with the British journal Evening Standard Magazine in 2019.
“I am deeply grateful for the work in Potter and, indeed, Downton, but it wasn’t what you’d call satisfying. I didn’t really feel I was acting in those things.” Smith said in the Evening Standard.
