We made the decision to send Rudy Gobert home after the incident in the second quarter. His behavior on the bench was unacceptable and will continue handling the situation internally,” Wolves President of Basketball Operations, Tim Connelly said in a statement after the incident.

This was a terrible time for the teammates to fight because winning the game would’ve put them in the 8th position in the Western Conference ahead of the Pelicans. During the second quarter of the match, the Wolves were losing 55-47 in the game.
