Lauren Holly’s role, with Cote de Pablo’s Ziva David, is introduced in the opening episode of season 3 of CBS’s popular crime procedural, “Kill Ari (Part 1).”
Despite the fact that Ziva is a new face to everyone, Shepard has a long history with Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon).
They’ve previously collaborated on missions and have been romantically involved.
