American singer and actress, Jessica Simpson has lost so much weight that it has caused a stir on the internet and amongst her friends. The singer lost 100 pounds over the last three years. There have been concerns that the singer is going through health issues, hence, her drastic weight loss. However, her personal trainer also shared his take on her weight loss.

“My mantra is you get lean in life and strong in the gym. So, the majority of the weight loss actually came from everything she did outside of the gym. Everything inside the gym is about toning and tightening,” Harley Pasternak, her personal trainer said.

Some people have also questioned what she ate and still eats to get her current shape. According to sources, she takes the following meals a day;

  • Breakfast: Three egg whites and one whole egg scrambled with a serving of blackberries.
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken and salad.
  • Dinner: Grilled fish, salad, and veggies.
