The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) informed James Krause on November 18 that his corner license was suspended and would remain so as the commission conducts investigations.

James Krause is an American businessman and retired mixed martial artist best known for his competitive tenure in the welterweight division of the UFC.

On November 28, 2007, James Krause made his long-awaited professional debut for Kansas, Titan Fighting Championships where he defeated Kevin Hengler via technical submission in the first round.

James Krause made a name for himself fighting in the Midwest between 2008 and 2009 where he had a 10–0 record.

James Krause signed on with the World Extreme Cagefighting in April 2009, making his debut for the promotion on June 7, 2009, at WEC 41 against Donald Cerrone.

In his promotional debut for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, James Krause fought Sam Stout on June 15, 2013, at UFC 161.
