Dusty Hill died in Houston, Texas, on July 28, 2021, at the age of 72 years after a long-time battle with a declining health condition and he was replaced by an American guitarist called Elwood Francis.
According to reports, the replacement of Dusty Hill with Elwood Francis was a wish that was made by Dusty Hill himself prior to his unfortunate death.
