What did Colby Covington say after the fight?

Colby Covington is quite a talker after most of his fights, especially after a victorious one. After his victory over Jorge Covington, he called out Poirier in a cocky manner.

“I just took care of Miami street trash; now it’s time to take care of Louisiana swamp,” he said. “Where you at Dustin Poirier… You said it’s on sight; name the site,” he added.

Covington kept on talking bitterly about Poirier and his family and warned him as well; “You’re next.”

However, Poirier has shared that, his beef with Covington should be taken out of the professional space because it’s too deep.

“If I fight Colby, we’re both going to jail. I’m going to jail.  I’m not going to fight him in an Octagon. He’s not making money off of my career and what I’ve done. This is something different. You will never see me fight Colby Covington in the UFC,” he said.
