During a post-Draft segment, Flair and Lynch were supposed to exchange their women’s championships.
Lynch gave Flair the SmackDown Women’s Championship, while Flair was to give The Man the RAW Women’s Championship. The Queen refused to hand over the championship belt and dropped it.

Lynch was enraged with Flair after the angle, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
WWE sent Flair home, but she was quickly recalled. WWE allegedly did not want her to join AEW and did not take any disciplinary action against her:
