American actor and comedian, Adam Sandler shared that he will make a movie “so bad on purpose just to make you all pay” if Uncut Gems got no Oscar love. He said this when he appeared on The Howard Stern Show to promote the movie.

“It is a kinda cool feeling when you watch the audiences give some laughs and they are definitely hoping that it goes well,” he shared. “I was just joking but I said that if I didn’t get an Oscar for the Uncut Gems I was gonna do a crappy movie on purpose,” he added.

Speaking about The Weekend’s appearance in the movie and if he was a fan, he shared;
“I know The Weekend’s music, I love his music, my kids love his music. He was so sweet. What a sweet guy, very humble. During the acting, I didn’t get any punches from him, but we did roll on the ground. He spat on me, I didn’t like that. Spat some gum on me. It was written in the script but I didn’t think he was gonna do that,” he added.
