Ron Rivera is an American football head coach for the Washington Football Team in the National Football League. Prior to joining the Washington Football Team, Ron Rivera served as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach for the Los Angeles Chargers.

Ron Rivera is graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and played college football there. Ron was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round of the 1984 National Football League Draft.
