Sugar can cause tooth decay, obesity, diabetes, and other health problems. Artificial flavors and colors can cause allergic reactions, hyperactivity, and behavioral issues in some people. BHT is a preservative that can affect the liver and kidneys.

Red 40 is a dye that can cause cancer in animals. The fruit stripes are not healthy. Fruit Stripe Gum may be fun and tasty for a short while, but it is not a healthy choice for your teeth or your body.
