Carli Lloyd’s remarkable career and contributions to women’s soccer have made her one of the sport’s most iconic and respected figures. She is a two-time Olympic gold medalist (2008 and 2012), a two-time FIFA Women’s World Cup champion (2015 and 2019), and a two-time FIFA Player of the Year (2015 and 2016).
She is also a four-time Olympian (2008, 2012, 2016, and 2021). Lloyd won gold medals in the finals of the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Carli Lloyd also helped the United States win crowns at the 2015 and 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cups, a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and a second-place finish at the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

What is Carli Lloyd doing now?
Since announcing her retirement from soccer in November 2021, she has been working as a sports analyst with FOX Sports.
She also collaborated with Teqball USA in early 2022, and one of her retirement goals is to make Teqball an Olympic sport by 2028. She created the CL10 Soccer Clinic, a programme that teaches individuals how to play soccer.
Carli Lloyd co-conducted the draw for the 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand at the Aotea Centre in Auckland in October 2022.
