Endo started his professional career with Shonan Bellmare, later transferring to Sint-Truiden until 2019 when he was loaned to VFB Stuttgart.

Endo was loaned to the German side on 13 August 2019 until the end of the season.
Owing to his impressive performances, he was signed on a permanent basis by the German club in April 2020.
On 26 November 2020, Endo extended his contract with VfB Stuttgart until June 2024.
On 14 May 2022, Endo scored the winning goal in stoppage time in a 2–1 win over 1. FC Köln to save Stuttgart from the relegation playoffs and secure their place in the 2022–23 Bundesliga, cementing his name in the club’s history books.
