About Thomas Haden Church

Thomas Haden began acting in the early 1990s, including playing voice roles.

The California-born actor first came to prominence when he starred as Lowell Mather in the NBC sitcom Wings, which aired from 1990 to 1995.

Since then he has starred in many films including George of the Jungle, and the superhero film Spider-Man 3 which gave him his breakthrough.

Other films Haden has  appeared include Easy A, We Bought a Zoo, Killer Joe, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Over the Hedge, Smart People, Easy A, We Bought a Zoo, Max, Hellboy, Acid man, Nature, and Twisted Metal.

As a director, Haden made his directorial debut with the film Rolling Kansas in 2003.

In 2004, Church starred in the film Sideways, where he played Jack Cole. His role in the film had earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
