Was Jake Wood in Only Fools and Horses?

Famous actor, Jake Wood has starred in several shows and movies. He played the role of an assistant for Rodney Trotter (Nicholas Lyndhurst) in 1989 in the episode The Jolly Boys’ Outing in the show, Only Fools and Horses.

Born on 12 July 1972, he started his career as an actor in 1984 when he starred in a television series dubbed The Gentle Touch. He has starred in several tv shows and movies including May to December, Minder, Nightingales, Murder in Mind, Press Gang, London’s Burning, Sean’s Show, Sea of Souls, The Aryan Couple, and more.

In 2014, Wood also took part in the 12th series of Strictly Come Dancing where he partnered with Janette Manrara and got to the semifinal stage of the competition.

Wood started a podcast dubbed Pound for Pound with Spencer Oliver. His final episode of the EastEnders was aired in February 2021, this comes after he announced that he will be exiting the long-running show after 15 years.

He portrayed the role of Jackson in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders in 1990. From 2006 to 2021, he starred as Max Branning.
